It was just 17th day on job and I was like what I am doing here? Is this the place I wanted to be? I was 100% confused and frustrated....
I am just sharing this so that you can know (although you know) that change is tough!!
Sophrosyne is an ancient Greek concept of an ideal of excellence of character and soundness of mind, which when combined in one well-balanced individual leads to other qualities, such as temperance, moderation, prudence, and self-control.

A DREAM OF A BLIND
just had a thought what blind men do? i mean.. we can see so its obvious that we have a better life or we can have better life.. but what about those guys who are just not able to see. When there is power fault at night we go mad just because we can not see anything so just think what about those fellows... i am not saying they dont have vision.. no.. not at all.. they have but what i am saying is just try to understand that they are dreaming.. and all they dream is just sounds!! No pictures. They dont know how the apple looks, they dont the difference between colors, they dont know how a Sedan looks... I just urge you all.. who are reading this page... just go to any blind person... you can find them if you want to... just have a beautiful friendship with that person.. try to feel the world in their way.. InshaAllah you will have better life.

JUST A POEM
Place: Bilaspur Railway Station (Chattisgarh state, India); Platform number: 04
Time: 10:15 PM
**********************************************************************************

Time: 10:15 PM

Poocha gaya mujhse marzi meri,
maine muskura ke khamoshi keh di.
Sawal hua ki kya hai tajurba mera,
maine ek alfaaz me zindagi keh di.
Unhone koshish ki jaanne ki aur mujhe
maine bhi unko ijazatt de di.
Poocha unhone kis baat se lagta hai darr mujhe
maine sehamm kar mohabbat keh di.
Wo chale gaye fouran wapus
maine socha ke wajah to poochte
Khamoshi se ashqo ko pocha humne,
aur usey tajurbe ki ek aur ghadi keh di.

A MUST READ (got it from a friend)
*I went to a party Mom,
I remembered what you said.
You told me not to drink, Mom,
So I drank soda instead.
I really felt proud inside, Mom,
The way you said I would.
I didn't drink and drive, Mom,
Even though the others said I should.
I know I did the right thing, Mom,
I know you are always right.
Now the party is finally ending, Mom,
As everyone is driving out of sight.
As I got into my car, Mom,
I knew I'd get home in one piece.
Because of the way you raised me,
So responsible and sweet..
I started to drive away, Mom,
But as I pulled out into the road,
The other car didn't see me, Mom,
And hit me like a load.
As I lay there on the pavement, Mom,
I hear the policeman say,
"The other guy is drunk," Mom,
And now I'm the one who will pay.
I'm lying here dying, Mom....
I wish you'd get here soon.
How could this happen to me, Mom?
My life just burst like a balloon..
There is blood all around me, Mom,
And most of it is mine.
I hear the medic say, Mom,
I'll die in a short time.
I just wanted to tell you, Mom,
I swear I didn't drink.
It was the others, Mom.
The others didn't think.
He was probably at the same party as I.
The only difference is, he drank
And I will die.
Why do people drink, Mom?
It can ruin your whole life.
I'm feeling sharp pains now.
Pains just like a knife.
The guy who hit me is walking, Mom,
And I don't think it's fair.
I'm lying here dying
And all he can do is stare.
Tell my brother not to cry, Mom.
Tell Daddy to be brave.
And when I go to heaven, Mom,
Put "GOOD BOY " on my grave.
Someone should have told him, Mom,
Not to drink and drive.
If only they had told him, Mom,
I would still be alive.
My breath is getting shorter, Mom.
I'm becoming very scared.
Please don't cry for me, Mom.
When I needed you, you were always there.
I have one last question, Mom.
Before I say good bye.
I didn't drink and drive,
So why am I the one to die?*
*Someone took the effort to write this poem. So please, forward this
to as many people as you can. And see if we can get a chain going
around the world that will make people understand that don't mix drinking
and driving.

THE WORLD AND YOU
The world is a mountain
Whatever you say, good or bad, it will echo it back to you
Don't say I sang nicely and mountain echoed an ugly voice…
That is not possible
The human intellect is a place where hesitation and uncertainty take root
There is no way to overcome this hesitation…except by falling in love
To reach the sea and be happy with a jug water is a waste
The sea that has pearls…
And a hundred thousand other precious things
Whatever you say, good or bad, it will echo it back to you
Don't say I sang nicely and mountain echoed an ugly voice…
That is not possible
The human intellect is a place where hesitation and uncertainty take root
There is no way to overcome this hesitation…except by falling in love
To reach the sea and be happy with a jug water is a waste
The sea that has pearls…
And a hundred thousand other precious things

FRIENDSHIP-- WITHOUT A FIGHT IS NOT A REAL F'SP !!
Fighting is part of every real relationship. The key is knowing how to resolve the fight without breaking up the friendship. Often it is the individual who knows how to communicate by sharing his feelings and not pointing fingers who can diffuse the situation. Since both members of the friendship are feeling defensive, it becomes a risky and sensitive venture. It may talk a couple tries to fully resolve your differences but you will come out with a stronger friendship at the other end.
